Welcome to FlexStream TV. By accessing our website (https://flexstreamtv.us) or placing an order for our subscription services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description & Availability
FlexStream TV provides digital streaming connectivity to internet television broadcasts, live sporting events, and video-on-demand libraries. Service functionality requires a stable high-speed broadband connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for HD, 50+ Mbps for 4K UHD content). While our cloud network maintains a 99.99% uptime target, occasional maintenance windows or ISP routing anomalies may occur beyond our direct server jurisdiction.
2. Subscription Term & No Automatic Renewal
All subscription plans are prepaid for the term selected (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). There are no surprise recurring billing charges or auto-renewals. At the conclusion of your subscription term, your access will terminate automatically unless you deliberately choose to renew.
3. Connection Limits & Device Usage
Each subscription tier includes a designated number of concurrent connections (1, 2, or 3 screens). You may configure your credentials on multiple personal devices; however, active streaming is strictly capped at the purchased simultaneous screen limit. Exceeding your connection allowance will result in stream freezing on excess devices.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Subscribers agree NOT to:
- Restream, resell, or publicly re-broadcast FlexStream TV streams.
- Attempt unauthorized reverse engineering or penetration testing of server endpoints.
- Share account credentials on public forums or paste sites.
